Your Training Grounds
What if leadership development didn’t happen in a classroom, but in the heart of beautiful Spain?
Our programs offer students the chance to step away from the busyness of life and grow in an environment that inspires both rest and reflection. Surrounded by Spain’s incredible beauty at our ministry hub that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, you’ll learn from experienced mentors, engage in powerful conversations, and discover new ways to lead with courage and compassion.
It’s more than just training; it’s an experience that will refresh your soul and reignite your calling.
Previous Leadership Program Testimonials
Our leadership programs are aimed at young college-aged students from the USA who are looking to build and refine their skills to have life-changing impact in missions and ministry, whether it’s across the globe or across the street!
